HISTORIC CAR RACING ASSOCIATION
BULLETIN NO.1 2011/2012
Your Committee thank you for electing them at the recent AGM for the remainder of 2011 and the year 2012 until the next General Meeting of the Association (HRCA)
Since the last Annual General Meeting of the HRCA on October 3rd, your Committee have had two meetings and in order to keep you up to date, the following issues are in process:
- Membership Forms and VIF Forms will be issued to all competition members in December and we would ask members to send in their 2012 membership renewal forms and completed VIF Forms before end January, well in advance or our first race meeting in 2012.
- A calendar of events for the year 2012 will be sent to all members in December/early January to ensure that all members have adequate time to prepare for the 2012 season.
- A new car numbering system which is mandatory under MI regulations for the season 2012 has been introduced and details will be sent to all members in December.
- The Annual Dinner has already been well sign posted to all members. It is on Saturday 26th November and you all well know these events just “do not happen”. They are made to happen and members of the committee are very busy to ensure that all have a great and memorable meeting. Looking forward to seeing you all there to sign off a memorable season.
